Order Processing & Product Availability

  • We make every effort to process your order promptly and efficiently.

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you to offer a similar product (design/color) within the same price range.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by product unavailability.

  • To ensure timely processing, please respond quickly to any order confirmation requests. If we do not receive your response, your order may be canceled without prior notice.

Payment Information

  • We offer secure payment options for your convenience:

    • Online Payments: Pay securely online using major debit/credit cards.

    • International Orders: Processed and shipped only after full payment is received.

    • Domestic Orders (Pakistan): Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to PKR 60,000. For orders above this amount, partial advance payment is required to confirm your order.

    • Stitching Orders: Custom stitching orders require 100% advance payment to begin processing.

Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your shipment status online.
