Domestic Delivery (Within Pakistan): After dispatch, domestic shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location in Pakistan.

2. Delivery Charges-
Domestic Orders: Delivery charges for orders within Pakistan are calculated according to your order size and delivery address. All applicable charges are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Orders: Shipping charges for overseas orders are determined by package weight, destination country, and chosen shipping method. All charges will be displayed at checkout.

Non-Refundable Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Customer Responsibility: Loomz does not assume responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other related charges assessed by local authorities for shipments outside Pakistan.

Payment of Charges: All customs duties, taxes, and other charges are the purchaser's responsibility and must be paid by the recipient.

Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse your international order due to customs fees or other charges, your order may be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Any costs incurred by Loomz due to refusal of delivery may be deducted from any possible refund or charged to you.
