1. Return & Exchange Eligibility-
Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer.

In your request, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.

For exchanges, also specify your desired size or color (subject to availability).

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address via email.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the received item was incorrect or defective.

If you received a wrong or defective item, Loomz will cover the return shipping costs.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
